About Us
The Roseburg Outlaw Kart Racing (ROKR) series started the summer of 2015 to bring an outdoor Kart series to the Roseburg, Oregon area which would complement other summer series Kart dates off of the I-5 corridor. Creating a partnership with the Douglas County fairgrounds enabled us to provide a top notch facility to enhance the youth racing experience.
